We will not only be doing business with her for my parents, but we will also be looking into funeral services for ourselves. Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral and specifically Ben Zonker, were extremely helpful, compassionate and understanding while taking care of my beloved wife's funeral. There were no surprises due to her transparency and explanations on what to expect for what was prepaid and what additional choices and costs there were. She was also able to convert a memorial video from iCloud to a dvd and play it during the viewing. Joanna went above and beyond for us, She became a member of our family that day.

Our hearts are so sad but know Judy is cradled in the Lord’s hands and no more pain. Wes, Linnie, Tami and Keith all send their love and prayers for each of you. So it ended up costing me 400 over her dollar policy . Then the day before her service they wanted to move my mother's body mid service to another room . I will never take any one there in the future ! Very sad and disappointed in the overall experience . Our Bellaire location is located on the corner of 37th and Jefferson Street.
